The car park is located behind the houses opposite and the opening/driveway is between number 9 and 10 Evesham Place, which is diagonally opposite to Broadlands. There is a small palm tree (yukka tree) in the garden of number 9, which helps identify the gap. Please turn into the driveway and go to the top, Broadlands has 2 parking spaces under the tree, both sign-posted Broadlands. If these spaces are full, please turn right at the top and travel through a narrow passageway of the car park (there is a big car port at the side of the narrow section), once through the narrow passageway turn right into a block of garages. Broadlands has a double and single garage in the block, again sign-posted Broadlands The garages are open so just drive in. If you choose the double garage can you please park to one side so another guest can park their car too.

Debit/Credit card details are all that are required to guarantee your reservations if booking by phone or text message or WhatsApp.

If a cancellation is made giving less than 1 weeks notice, and we are unable to relet the room, a full charge will be made to compensate for the lost revenue to our business.
